India: Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited Secures Bid Floated by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited

AZB & Partners advised Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited in securing a bid floated by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Zurich Airports International AG) for designing, financing, building, operations and transfer of an integrated cargo terminal and an integrated warehousing and logistics zone (collectively, the “Projects”) at the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.

The Projects will be a first of its kind and the largest multi-modal cargo hub in India, handling domestic and international cargo with dedicated terminals.
