We are pleased to announce the induction of Sudish Sharma as Partner – Corporate/M&A.

Sudish has over 2 decades of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, restructurings, foreign exchange laws, corporate governance, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory. He has advised several multinational and Indian clients on various M&A transactions across different industries. He will be working out of the firm’s Delhi office.
