Argentina: Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised in Oiltanking Ebytem’s first issuance of Notes

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised Banco Galicia, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Provincia and Banco Nación as placement agents (collectively, the "Placement Agents"), in Oiltanking Ebytem S.A.'s (“Oiltanking” or the "Issuer" interchangeably) placement of the Notes I for a nominal amount of US$50,000,000 at a 0.00% rate denominated in US dollars and payable in Argentine pesos at the applicable exchange rate, maturing 36 months from the date of issuance and settlement.

Oiltanking stands out as one of the leading companies in the provision of transportation services in the hydrocarbon sector in Argentina. TCA advised the Issuer in the creation of the Global Notes Program for a total amount of US$ 200,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value) (the "Program"), which authorization was granted by the National Securities Exchange Commission (the "CNV" for its translation into Spanish) on February 8, 2023.
