Chandler MHM Limited Visits Local Schools to Plant Gardens for WLG | impact '23

Representatives from Chandler MHM (Thailand) have been regularly visiting schools in Thailand to provide a broad range of support. The support has included developing the school gardens to grow vegetables which will supplement the school lunch programs. Other activities included painting and refurbishing classrooms and playground equipment. The team also arranged fun, creative activities for the students, which the students have very much enjoyed participating in, in addition to having lunch together.

The vegetable gardens will be taken care of by the students on an ongoing basis, thereby also serving an educational purpose of enhancing the students’ agricultural skills. The firm and its employees also made donations to the schools to support the activities and provide other ongoing support. Any vegetables not required for the lunch programs will be sold, with the proceeds being used to buy additional food for preparing meals as required.

In 2022, the firm supported Bannongpaklong School in Nakorn Pathom (December 2022), Wat Tha Chang School, Nakon Nayok (September 2022), Wat Tham Rong School in Phetchaburi Province (May 2022), Wat Khok Kratai School in Saraburi Province (January 2022). In 2023 the firm supported Ban Khao Raet School (June 2023) and Khotcha Wek Witthaya School (February 2023).
