India: AZB Advised Cube Highways

AZB & Partners advised Cube Highways on its acquisition of Baharampore - Farakka Highways Limited (BFHL) from the HCC Group. BFHL is engaged in the business of four laning of Baharampore - Farakka section of NH 34 from Km 191.416 to Km 294.684 in the State of West Bengal. The aggregate consideration for the transaction was INR 941 crores (which includes an upfront and contingent component).
