Gianni & Origoni + Bahas Gramatidis and Partners Work Together For the 50% Sale of Enel Green Power Hellas

Italian law firm Gianni & Origoni and the Greek law firm Bahas Gramatidis and Partners together assisted Enel S.p.A. to sign an agreement with Macquarie Asset Management, for the sale of 50% of Enel Green Power Hellas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enel S.p.A. in Greece, for a consideration of approximately €345 million, representing a total enterprise value (full enterprise value) of approximately €980 million.
