India: AZB & Partners Represented ASG Hospital Private Limited

AZB & Partners advised leading eye care hospital chain ASG Hospital Private Limited (“ASG”) in drafting, negotiating and implementing the resolution plan for Vasan Health Care Private Limited under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The resolution plan by ASG, was approved by about 98% of the CoC and subsequently by the NCLT, and was recently implemented.
