Argentina: Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised ASPRO on the entry to the PyME CNV Special Guaranteed Public Offering Regime

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised ASPRO Servicios Petroleros S.A (the “Company”), in the entry to the PyME Special Guaranteed Public Offering Regime of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Company rents and markets compression systems for all types of gases, with applications in the GNC/GNV fields and Oil and Gas matters among other related industries.

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the Company, as issuer, and Banco CMF S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. and Macro Securities S.A.U., as arranger and placement agents (the “Arrangers”), in the successful opening issuance of series I class II notes for an amount of US$2.237.219 (dollars two million two hundred thirty-seven thousand two hundred nineteen) (the “ Notes”), with a rate of 0.00%, maturing on July 25, 2026.

Acting as duly authorized entities by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. and Banco CMF S.A. are guaranteeing fifty percent (50%) of the Notes each.
