Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised YPF S.A. on the issuance of Series XXIII Notes for an aggregate value of US$147,394,102; Series XXIV Notes for an aggregate value of US$37,518,057 and Additional Series XXII Notes for an aggregate value of AR$3,272,635.657 subscribed under YPF´s Frequent Issuer Notes Program.
The Series XXIII Notes are denominated in dollars, with a fixed rate of 0,00%, maturing on April 25th , 2025, with an above par price of 111,000%.
The Series XXIV Notes are denominated in dollars, with a fixed rate of 1,00%, maturing on April 25th , 2027.
The Additional Series XXII Notes are denominated in pesos, maturing on July 10, 2024, with a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR rate plus a margin of 3,00%, with a price of 103,70%.
The Series XXIII, XXIV and Additional XXII Notes were listed on MAE and BYMA.
