Argentina: Bruchou & Funes de Rioja Advised on Morixe Hermanos S.A.C.I.'s Issuance of Notes for AR$1,500,000,000
Morixe Hermanos S.A.C.I. acted as issuer; and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U and Banco Supervielle S.A. as arrangers and placement agents; and Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco Comafi S.A. and Facimex Valores S.A. as placement agents, in the issuance of AR$1.500.000.000 Class III Notes due on 2024 with an interest rate of BADLAR plus a margin of 4%, under Morixe´s US$50.000.000 Global Notes Program (“Class III Notes”).
Morixe is a high-quality food company, whose portfolio of consumer-oriented products is in full expansion. Morixe was initially established in 1923, dedicating itself mainly to the milling of wheat for the manufacture of wheat flour. The Class III Notes have been authorized by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV). They are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA) and negotiated in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE).
