Spain: Companies obliged to have an internal reporting system in 2023

Act 2/2023 regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, transposing Directive 2019/1937, better known as the "Whistleblowing Directive." The Act will enter into force on March 13.
