Denmark: Bech-Bruun assists DoorDash, Inc. on the Acquisition of Wolt Enterprises Oy

Bech-Bruun has assisted the US-listed company DoorDash, Inc. on the acquisition of Wolt Enterprises Oy.

DoorDash, Inc. will acquire Wolt Enterprises Oy in a transaction valued at approx. EUR 7.0 billion (approx. DKK 52 billion).

Closing is subject to customary closing conditions for transactions of this type, including applicable regulatory approvals.

Bech-Bruun’s team was headed by Claus Aagaard Nielsen, Morten Bruun-Larsen and Jonas Lyngesen.
