Denmark: Bech-Bruun to Strengthen M&A Team

Bech-Bruun is expanding its group of partners and strengthening its advisory services provided in the transaction area when leading M&A lawyers Andreas Nielsen and Christian Eichen join Bech-Bruun as partners on 1 January 2023. The two profiles and their team are joining Bech-Bruun’s growing team of M&A specialists.

On 1 January 2023, Bech-Bruun’s M&A department at Langelinie Allé will become somewhat larger when Andreas Nielsen and Christian Eichen together with their team become a part of Bech-Bruun.

Andreas Nielsen and Christian Eichen are both M&A specialists and have over the years worked on some of the largest M&A transactions in Denmark. They will both be joining Bech-Bruun’s M&A department as partners.
