Denmark: KK Wind Solutions Acquires Vestas’ Converter and Controls Business

The acquisition comprises Vestas’ converter and controls factories in Denmark, India, and China and a strategic partnership for future supply.

The transaction will enable KK Wind Solutions to extend its global footprint and become the world's leading converter manufacturer for wind.
