Denmark: New Bech-Bruun Appointments
We are pleased to announce that, as of 1 January 2023, Senior Associates Morten Bruun-Larsen and Jonas Lynghøj Madsen will be appointed Partner and Managing Associate, respectively, in Bech-Bruun.
They are both well-known in Bech-Bruun.
Morten Bruun-Larsen joined Bech-Bruun in 2014 and specializes in particular in the transfer of undertakings. Over the past years, he has provided legal assistance to multiple large Danish and non-Danish undertakings in connection with M&A transactions.

Jonas Lynghøj Madsen joined the Bech-Bruun tax department in 2021 and is highly experienced in M&A tax consulting. Since Jonas joined Bech-Bruun, he has been in charge of managing the M&A tax area.
