England: Capital Markets and Cannabis Sector Teams Advise Medical Cannabis Company Kanabo

Our Equity Capital Markets and Cannabis sector teams have advised pan-European medical cannabis company Kanabo Group Plc on its £13.5 million acquisition of The GP Service Limited, a UK based private primary care telemedicine provider.

The team from Gowling WLG was led by partner Hugh Maule , supported by client partner and head of Gowling WLG's UK Cannabis Group Samantha Myers, legal director Sue Johnston, principal associate Elizabeth Emerson, associates Helena David and Abby Parkin and trainee solicitor Hannah Barnett.
