AZB & Partners advised Alpine Investors on its recent acquisition of FEV Tutor Group. FEV Tutor US is the leading research and evidence-based online tutoring platform in the US in the K-12 education space, and FEV Tutor India is a technology driven EdTech company engaged in offering strategic technological solutions in the field of education and software development.
