AZB & Partners represented HDFC Capital Advisors and their managed fund, HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund - 3 ('HCare-3'), which invested over INR 1550 crores in six housing projects of the real estate vertical of the Shapoorji Pallonji group.
