Mexico: IDEI Super Green Bond Issuance

Santamarina + Steta advised Internacional de Inversiones, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“IDEI”) in the first issuance in Mexico of a super green bond through long-term notes (certificados bursátiles) for an aggregate amount of MXN$800,045,000,000 (Eight hundred million forty-five thousand Mexican pesos). The payment of outstanding principal amounts of such bonds is partially guaranteed by the International Finance Corporation, a global development institution member of the World Bank Group.
