Spain: Investindustrial acquires 51% stake in Virospack, leading supplier to cosmetics industry

Cuatrecasas has advised Virospack on selling 51% of its share capital to Investindustrial, one of the largest European independent investment groups.

Founded in 1956, Virospack is based in Badalona (Barcelona) and is the leading global manufacturer of droppers for high-quality skincare, hair, nails and liquid makeup products. With an annual turnover of around €60 million and distribution in over 20 countries, the company supplies the world’s most important brands in the cosmetics industry and is considered market leader in product quality.
