Locke Lord and MinterEllison Team up on Privacy and Data Matters

Locke Lord’s Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group, led by Ted Augustinos, who serves as WLG co-chair for the Privacy and Data Protection Group, was engaged through MinterEllison on the review of risk factors related to privacy and data collection issues in the offering memorandum of a MinterEllison client. Ted also engaged the privacy team from MinterEllison to advise a client on a data security matter.
