Shearn Delamore & Co. advised Vista Laser Eye Center on joining the Qualitas Health integrated network.

Vista Laser Eye Center was founded in Malaysia in 1999 and is one of the leading eye specialists in Malaysia with 13 clinics.

Qualitas Health began operations in Malaysia in late 1997, and have since integrated general practice clinics, dental clinics, medical imaging centers, and therapy and rehabilitation centers across Malaysia into the networks as well as managing an ambulatory care center. It has a presence in Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia.
