Miller & Martin Participated in the Groundbreaking of McLemore's 245-room Curio Collection by Hilton
Miller & Martin's Matt Jannerbo (pictured on the left) participated in the groundbreaking of McLemore's 245-room Curio Collection by Hilton hotel, conference center and spa on Thursday, September 30th. Tom Harrold, of Miller & Martin, along with the Board of Directors, Executive Team, Managers, Staff and Partners attended the ceremony which was followed by a reception and dinner. The Miller & Martin team, led by Matt Jannerbo, represented Scenic Land Investments III, L.P. in the $178,925,000 bond offering to fund the construction of the hotel, conference center and spa that is set to open in 2023. Duane Horton, leader of the project for Scenic Land Investment (pictured on the right), praised the firm’s “skill of negotiation with a get it done attitude [which] were crucial to the success of this effort” in an earlier article.
