The Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) kicks of its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Week, entitled "Supernova – Igniting the Transformation of ADR” with a three-day conference, to be held from October 17 to 19, 2024, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and virtually. It aims to explore the evolving landscape of arbitration amidst global challenges and opportunities, emphasizing their adaptability and innovation in addressing complex issues.

SyCipLaw Senior Partner and Litigation Department Head Ricardo Ma. P.G. Ongkiko will join Panel Session 2 of Day 2, entitled "All Systems Go! Arbitration Tactics for ESG Conflicts”. The session will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm (PHT/MYT).
