Alfaro Abogados Advises on International Mining Transaction

Corporación América, through its subsidiaries Abatare Spain, S.L.U. and ACI Capital S.à r.l., and Blue Sky Uranium Corp. have entered into an earn-in agreement giving Corporación América the right to acquire up to 80% of the "Ivana” uranium-vanadium deposit in Río Negro, Argentina, with a potential investment of up to US$ 160 million for development and commercial production. The agreement also includes an option to explore additional areas within the Amarillo Grande project, known for its uranium and vanadium potential.
