Archax Group LTD Acquires Spanish Securities Firm King & Shaxson Capital Markets

Cuatrecasas has advised Archax Group LTD ("Archax”) on acquiring King & Shaxson Capital Markets, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U.

Archax is the first peer-to-peer cryptocurrency platform regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority. As announced by Archax (its press release on the transaction is available here), the transaction's closing—subject to the regulatory approvals by the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission—will enable Archax to extend its existing brokerage and custody abilities and its offer in the EU's multilateral trading facility system.
