Although we have been members of WLG only since 2015, I had the opportunity to be introduced by Jeff Jefferson of Lord & Locke (Massachusetts, U.S.A.) to a client in the sector of electronic money institutions which allowed the opportunity of reviewing and understanding the legal and regulatory framework of prepaid cards. Additionally, since my practice has been somewhat related to Italian companies investing in Venezuela, it has been a great experience to have access to Tomaso Cenci of Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners (Italy).
Tell us about your practice:
I am a general corporate lawyer, also inserted in the M&A practice of the firm. I render very broad corporate advice on contracts, including different types of distribution agreements, service contracts for oil and gas service companies, and general advice to certain oil and gas operating companies. In this regard, I have been especially close to the telecom, oil and gas and aviation industries. Additionally, I focus on M&A transactions and the financial aspects of such operations in case it is required.
Favorite Hobby:
I love swimming and I do it on a regular basis.
