AZB & Partners Acted for Blueleaf Energy

AZB & Partners acted for Blueleaf Energy (BLE) on its strategic partnership with Jakson Green with an acquisition of 49% equity stake in Jakson’s 3 (three) SPVs, which are developing 1 GW (1000 MW) solar power projects in Rajasthan. BLE will increase its stake to 74% eventually and will jointly develop the projects with Jakson. The projects are due to be commissioned in the financial year 2025-26. This is BLE’s first major acquisition of stake in Indian renewable power projects and second large-scale renewable energy initiative in just past six months.
