AZB & Partners acted for Bodhi Tree on the combination of Reliance-Viacom18 and Disney’s India business, creating a USD 8.5 bn joint venture. Bodhi Tree (an investment platform led by Uday Shankar and James Murdoch with QIA as a key investor) is a joint venture partner in Viacom18.
