AZB & Partners acted for Haier Appliances (India) Private Limited (“Haier”) and its affiliate Wonder Global (India) Technology Centre Private Limited (an affiliate of Haier) on the acquisition of Carrier Global Corporation’s commercial refrigeration business in India.
