AZB & Partners acted for Bharat PetroResources Ltd. (BPRL - wholly owned subsidiary and upstream arm of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.) in reaching a settlement with Ovintiv Inc, Canada for a principal liability of US$ 10 million in relation to oil and gas block BM-C-30, Brazil. Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Anuja Tiwari, Partner Mallika Anand, Senior Associate Pranjal Bhattacharya, Associates Shikhar Thukral and Priti Sanjay.
