AZB & Partners acted for Birla Estates Private Limited and Vardhita Properties Private Limited in relation to Birla Estates Private Limited entering into a joint venture with reputed global investor Mitsubishi Estate Co. Ltd., for a ₹560 Crore investment in Vardhita Properties Private Limited, which is engaged in the development of residential housing in Southeast Bengaluru. Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Nandish Vyas, Partner Malaveeka Chakravarthy, Senior Associates Anish Patel, Vyoma Mehta, and Associate Avani Laad.
