AZB & Partners Acts for Tiger Global on Zinka Logistics IPO

AZB & Partners acted for Tiger Global (as a selling shareholder) on the recent IPO by Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited (commonly known as ‘Blackbuck’), which aggregated to INR 11.14 billion. Blackbuck is engaged in the business of providing logistics and transportation services through an online platform for connecting businesses with freight transporters. Our capital markets team on the transaction comprised our Senior Partners Varoon Chandra and Lionel D’ Almeida, Senior Associates Bharat Mordani and Shweta Agarwal, Associates Harsh Vardhan Singh and Vaibhav Kumar Shah; and our general corporate team comprised our Senior Partner Ashwath Rau, Partner Jasmin Karkhanis, Senior Associate Soham Roy and Associate Tushar Anand.
