AZB & Partners recently advised Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited and the Promoter Selling Shareholders, Bina Kishore Chhabria, and Resham Chhabria Jeetendra Hemdev, on its initial public offering, which was undertaken by way of a fresh issue and an offer for sale for an amount aggregating to ₹ 15 billion.
