AZB & Partners recently advised the investor selling shareholder, BC Investments IV Limited (an affiliate of Bain Capital), on the successful initial public offering by Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, comprising fresh issuance and offer for sale of equity shares for an amount aggregating to INR 19,520 million.
