AZB & Partners advised BlackRock, Inc. on the Indian aspects of their proposed acquisition of 100% of Preqin Holding Limited and its subsidiaries, for a consideration of approximately USD 3.2 billion, with an aim to expand BlackRock’s Aladdin tech business into the private markets data segment.
