AZB & Partners advised Fortum on restrictions under Indian law governing documents in relation to divestment of its entire shareholding in Chempolis Oy and Fortum 3 B.V. AM Green has acquired shares of Fortum in these entities with an investment of ≈ USD 1 billion with a vision of producing 0.5 million tonnes per annum of Sustainable Aviation Fuel.
