AZB & Partners advised KKR on the divestment of a ~17% stake in India Grid Trust

AZB & Partners advised KKR on the divestment of a ~17% stake in India Grid Trust for ~US$ 215 million, which was completed by way of an offer for sale (OFS) process on the floor of a stock exchange. This marks the first OFS that was successfully completed for a public listed InvIT.
