AZB & Partners advised TotalEnergies Renewables Singapore Pte Limited on its 50:50 joint venture with Adani Green Energy Limited. The new joint venture will own a 1,050 MW portfolio comprising a mix of already operational (300 MW), under construction (500 MW) and under development assets (250 MW) with a blend of both solar and wind power. TotalEnergies Renewables Singapore Pte Limited has invested US$300 million towards initial funding in this venture. In addition, we assisted TotalEnergies Renewables Singapore Pte Limited on restructuring the capital structure of its existing joint venture company, Adani Green Energy Twenty Three Limited, with Adani Green Energy Limited.
