AZB & Partners advised Wipro on the successful execution of their recent Power Purchase Agreement and Equity Investment Contracts with Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited in relation to setting up solar captive power project and purchase of power from it for meeting its renewable energy demands in Maharashtra.
