AZB & Partners Advises CIRCOR International on Indian Law Aspects of Sale to SCF Partners

AZB & Partners advised CIRCOR International, a KKR portfolio company, on the Indian law aspects of its sale of DeltaValve and TapcoEnpro, forming part of CIRCOR’s refinery valve business, to SCF Partners. DeltaValve and TapcoEnpro are long-standing, trusted brands and industry leading manufacturers of highly engineered, severe-service industrial valves supporting global energy infrastructure.
