AZB & Partners advised Cube Highways Trust in acquisition of Quazigund Expressway Private Limited and Athaang Jammu Udhampur Highway Limited from National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) in Jammu and Kashmir, and also advised Cube Highways Infrastructure V Pte. Ltd. in acquisition of Athaang Devanahalli Tollway Private Limited from NIIF.
