AZB & Partners Advises Grid Equipments on Sale of Equity Shares

AZB & Partners recently advised Grid Equipments Private Limited for the sale of 21,451,168 equity shares aggregating to approximately 8.38% of the total paid-up equity share capital of GE Vernova T&D India Limited for an aggregate amount of INR 36.18 billion. The sale took place by way of the offer for sale through the stock exchange mechanism.
