AZB & Partners Advises KKR and Singtel Consortium on CCI Approval for STT GDC Investment

AZB & Partners advised a consortium of KKR and Singtel in securing a CCI approval for their investment in STT GDC Pte Ltd, subject to commitments. We were the sole CCI and Indian counsel on the deal. This is a first when it comes to CCI’s review of data centre market. Our core deal team comprised our Partners Bharat V Budholia and Kirthi Srinivas, Senior Associate Vayshnavi Ganesh and Associate Shaurya Kumar, with support from Associates Mrigank Patel, Sevanshi Kamdar and Arnav Singh.
