Group’s acquisition of a 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola (the bottling arm of The Coca-Cola Company in India), where entities managed by Goldman Sachs will be making an investment in the Jubilant Bhartia Group’s acquiring SPV for the purposes of the aforesaid transaction.
