AZB & Partners Advises Pegatron Corporation

AZB & Partners advised Pegatron Corporation, a diversified electronics manufacturing major, on Tata Electronics’ acquisition of a controlling stake in Pegatron Technology India Private Limited (PTI), Pegatron’s India unit which currently operates an iPhone manufacturing plant in Chennai. The deal also involves a transfer of Tata's under-construction iPhone manufacturing facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, to PTI. The transaction was led by our corporate team comprising Senior Partner Srinath Dasari, Associates Raina Kanungo, Varun Anand and Ishika Jain.
