"AZB & Partners represented Weaver Services Limited (“Weaver”) in connection with the proposed acquisition of Capital India Home Loans Limited (“Capital Home”), a housing finance company. Capital Home is a material subsidiary of the BSE-listed Capital India Finance Limited.
