AZB & Partners recently advised Internet Fund III Pte Ltd (an affiliate of Tiger Global Group) as a selling shareholder in the initial public offering by Ola Electric Mobility Limited which aggregated to INR 61,455.59 million. The book running lead managers to the IPO were Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, Axis Capital Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited.
