AZB & Partners represented Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited (‘AHCL’) in its joint venture with Thind Eye Care for providing ophthalmological diagnostic and surgical services and operating state-of-the-art super specialty hospitals in the territories of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.
