AZB & Partners represented Mitsui

AZB & Partners represented Mitsui on their acquisition of a strategic stake in SATS Food Solutions India, as part of the food and retail solutions businesses partnership between Mitsui and SATS. SATS is a major airline service provider, and Mitsui will hold a 15% stake in the joint venture which will engage in the business of food manufacturing and distribution in India, Thailand, China, and Singapore. The strategic partnership between SATS and Mitsui is a significant step towards enhancing the parties’ food value chain footprints across Asia. Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Nandish Vyas, Senior Associate Farah Titina, Associates Avani Jain and Madhav Maheshwari.
